As many of you will have already noticed, we have updated the theme for the PNC site today. My thanks go out to GhostSpirit, who partnered up with us in an effort to give the site a face lift. I'm very pleased with the nice clean look we now have, and hope the theme's name of "Reborn" fits in with our continued effort towards giving the PNC Script & Community a new lease on life.

There will be a Retail Version of this theme available soon through our store (link), which I hope people are able to enjoy.

Should you find any problems with the theme, please notify me via PM, so that we can have it corrected.

Lastly, I would once again like to remind the Community that we are looking for more volunteers to fill positions within the PNC Staff. While some of the old members have come back in force (thank you all), and are doing an awesome job, we are still looking for new blood to help us provide a new look on things, and to come up with some new ideas as well.

My name is Rob, and I am President of AreYouServed.com Internet Services. It is with great pleasure and excitement that I look forward to the conclusion of the purchase of the PHPNuke-Clan.net website, and subsequent assets.

Firstly, as you can see, the PNC site is open again for use and business. There will be no immediate changes carried out, and it will be business as normal, while we take the opportunity to get to know the community and to see how things have worked up until now.

Secondly, it's very obvious that there are many individuals involved in the development of PNC and based on what I have seen lately, I believe a number of those developers have some hard/harsh feelings one way or another, on some topics and/or with certain individuals. I would like to say to begin with, is that at this point I consider everyone to have a clean slate, but that any decisions from a staffing point of view will be made on a business basis. I do have my own staff who will be involved in this project at some point in the future, but the extent of their involvement remains to be seen. I will not rule out working with staff who are already familiar with the PNC script, as your knowledge and experience is invaluable.

On the topic of staffing, I have asked that Martin Pratte (aka. Crazy Crack) to stay on staff as an advisor for a short period of time, to assist in making this a smooth transition. I would like to thank him for his assistance in advance.

I will be taking the next couple of weeks to get a handle on things as they stand at this point in time, and will start formulating a project plan, and will be discussing this with the staff involved in the very near future.

Lastly I would simply like to say that I am by no means a new comer to the PNC system. One of the main focuses behind my decision to move ahead with this purchase, was the fact that I have seen the PNC script develop and grow over the past few years, and believe it to be a great CMS system, and has a great potential to continue growing for a long time to come.
